Social media at Nest is moving into a more ambitious, social-first space, with a focus on platform-native storytelling, short-form video, and creative experimentation routed in audience insight. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping us make pensions feel more relevant, engaging and useful, while maintaining the trust, accuracy and credibility our audiences expect.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
- Experience working in a social media role, either in-house or agency-side.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and how content, audiences and best practice differ by channel.
- Experience developing and delivering social media content, content plans or campaigns.
- Experience creating, reviewing or optimising social media content and copy, including short-form video content.
- Experience using social media insights, analytics or reporting to inform recommendations and improve performance.
- Experience managing incoming social media messages, identifying customer service issues or reputational risks, and escalating these appropriately.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities and deadlines.
At Nest, you'll have access to a range of learning opportunities to learn, grow and build the skills you need to be successful in your role and career.
