As Retirement Proposition Manager, you’ll own and evolve a nationally significant retirement proposition—combining deep pensions expertise, regulatory insight and human‑centred design to turn complexity into solutions that genuinely improve lives. Minimum Criteria

  • Proposition management of retirement products or similar propositions.
  • Experience delivering large projects as part of a team and working collaboratively across multiple directorates including Board and Executive Committee.
  • Constructing robust business cases for change.
  • Experience in data‑led methodology.
