The Third-Party Risk Manager role will play a key role within the Strategic Sourcing Team, particularly in the implementation of formal 3rd Party Risk management, associated initiatives, mitigations and reporting. The role will act as the lead contact with Nest's Risk directorate, ensuring consistency of approach to risk and best practice is applied to Nest's Procurement & Supply chain management activities. The role will produce risk data relevant to 3rd parties along with recommendations for risk mitigation and continuous improvement in procurement, contracting and contract management.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
- Experience in implementation of 3rd Party/Supplier Risk management approaches across commercially developing organisations
- Experience in understanding complex commercial arrangements and the risks inherent within them.
- Detailed knowledge of the rules, regulations and ethical standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
- Experience influencing colleagues & suppliers to embrace changes in approach.

This role would be responsible for overseeing a key new activity within the Strategic Sourcing Team.
