Are you a strategic storyteller with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for creating content that delivers real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead and evolve a bold, forward-thinking content marketing strategy that directly supports business growth and commercial priorities.
In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with our Member and B2B Segment Marketing Partners to shape ambitious content plans that drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement. Using insight, analytics and audience understanding, you’ll uncover opportunities to tell compelling stories that build deeper connections and grow high-value audiences.
You’ll take ownership of content initiatives that strengthen authority, elevate brand presence and increase engagement across our marketing channels. Most importantly, you’ll ensure content is not just creative, but effective — delivering measurable results across key metrics such as engagement, conversion and lifetime value.
We’re looking for someone with a strong test-and-learn mindset. You’ll lead content experimentation, analyse performance, generate fresh creative hypotheses and scale the ideas that work best — driving a culture of continuous optimisation, innovation and smarter marketing.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your success. You’ll partner cross-functionally with teams across Customer Experience, Analytics, B2B Proposition and Member Proposition to improve organic performance, support Account Based Marketing programmes and deepen engagement with our 13-million-member audience.
If you’re excited by the opportunity to shape strategy, influence growth and create content that truly moves the needle, we’d love to hear from you.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
- 7+ years’ experience leading content strategy and execution across multiple audiences and channels (paid, earned, shared and owned), with a clear track record of delivering measurable business impact
- Strong grasp of SEO and content performance, with the ability to turn data and insight into smart, outcome-driven decisions
- Proven expertise across strategy, storytelling, content execution and optimisation — from big-picture thinking to hands-on delivery
- Up to date with industry best practice, platform evolution and emerging technologies, applying innovation to stay ahead of the curve
