As Retirement Proposition Manager, you’ll own and evolve a nationally significant retirement proposition—combining deep pensions expertise, regulatory insight and human‑centred design to turn complexity into solutions that genuinely improve lives. The minimum criteria for this role are:
- Proposition management of retirement products or similar propositions.
- The role requires experience in delivering large projects as part of a team and working collaboratively across multiple directorates including Board and Exco.
- Constructing robust business cases for change.
- Being able to demonstrate experience in data led methodology.
