Nest Convey is a brand new conveyancing specialist Firm launching in April. We have a dedicated New Build team that is recommended by National and Local Developers. Our Firm will be known for its client-first approach, strong relationships with developers and agents, and a supportive, modern working culture. With continued growth in our property division, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a specialist, fast-paced new build environment.
Role Description
You will handle a caseload of new build purchase files, acting for buyers purchasing off-plan and newly built homes. This is a specialist role requiring strong knowledge of new build requirements, tight exchange deadlines, developer expectations, and lender compliance.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a strong focus on client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of new build purchase transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
- Work closely with developers, site offices, estate agents, and lenders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review and report on contracts, planning documents, management packs, and warranty information.
- Handle Help to Buy (where applicable), shared ownership, and complex new build contract elements.
- Ensure compliance with lender requirements, the UK Finance Handbook, and any developer-specific procedures.
- Liaise with clients regularly, providing clear updates and guidance throughout the process.
- Prepare and issue contractual documentation, completion statements, and exchange paperwork.

- Experience working specifically on new build conveyancing files is essential.
