Key Responsibilities
- You will design and lead strategic workshops with senior client stakeholders, uncovering insight and setting the creative direction.
- You will partner with clients to implement best-in-class creative processes across paid social and broader digital channels, and you will develop high-performing, platform-native ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, Google and Snap.
- The role involves writing clear, compelling briefs for content creators and internal teams, as well as building scalable testing frameworks that continually refine creative output.
- You will analyse performance data, heatmaps and platform insights to optimise creative strategies, working closely with media managers to translate data into effective creative solutions.
- You will also act as the main creative contact for client communication, relationship management and presentations.
Candidate Experience
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced performance environment and brings experience in paid media creative.
- You should be a digital-native thinker with a portfolio that showcases Meta and TikTok-led work, and someone who understands paid-media best practice, trends, formats and platform nuances.
- You’ll need to be comfortable using on- and off-platform metrics as signals to guide creative decisions, and confident in communicating, presenting and collaborating with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- You should have a track record of developing performance-driven creative ideas that are native to Meta, TikTok and paid social channels, as well as experience turning data, analytics and testing insights into clear and actionable creative direction.
- The role also involves running workshops, facilitating discussions, influencing senior stakeholders and managing multiple briefs across different clients while maintaining clarity, pace and organisation.
