Nest is an independent growth marketing agency for digital-first brands. We help some of the most exciting ecommerce and retail businesses scale through smart, creative, and results-driven performance strategies. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Performance Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping client success.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who combines commercial acumen with deep expertise in performance marketing. You’ll oversee a portfolio of ecommerce and retail clients, develop integrated growth strategies, and build trusted partnerships that deliver real business impact. At the same time, you’ll mentor a high-performing paid media team and collaborate with Nest Studio, Sales and Marketing to drive innovation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of ecommerce and retail clients, building long-term partnerships and delivering strategic performance solutions
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, ensuring successful contract renewals
- Guide and mentor a team of paid media specialists, including at least one Team Lead
- Collaborate with creative teams to integrate Studio services into client campaigns
- Contribute to new business through pitches, case studies, and thought leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing actionable insights to clients and colleagues
Your Profile
- Proven experience managing client portfolios within ecommerce or retail
- Hands-on expertise across paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) with £100k+ monthly spend
- Strategic, commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and solve challenges
- Leadership and people management experience, with a passion for mentoring and development
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical, data-driven, and skilled at translating insights into clear recommendations
