As we continue to scale our search offering, we’re looking for a commercially sharp Paid Media Team Lead to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities- You’ll be the primary Paid Search lead across a portfolio of ecommerce clients.
- Own Paid Search performance across up to five high-growth ecommerce accounts.
- Shape, oversee, and sign off channel strategy to drive measurable results.
- Build and present proposals that unlock incremental growth opportunities.
- Lead and quality-control all Paid Search execution and optimisation.
- Mentor and develop junior Executives, setting clear standards and best practices.
- Ensure Nest’s testing methodologies and optimisation frameworks are consistently applied.
- Produce accurate spend and performance forecasts with commercial insight.
- Work closely with Performance Directors to deliver best-in-class cross-channel client outcomes.
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads.
- A solid understanding of ecommerce performance levers and optimisation techniques.
- Confidence managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical, data-led thinking with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort leading client conversations.
- Experience mentoring or developing junior team members.
