As we continue to scale our search offering, we’re looking for a commercially sharp Paid Media Team Lead to join our expanding team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Own Paid Search performance across up to five high-growth ecommerce accounts

  • Shape, oversee, and sign off channel strategy to drive measurable results

  • Build and present proposals that unlock incremental growth opportunities

  • Lead and quality-control all Paid Search execution and optimisation

  • Mentor and develop junior Executives, setting clear standards and best practices

  • Ensure Nest’s testing methodologies and optimisation frameworks are consistently applied

  • Produce accurate spend and performance forecasts with commercial insight

  • Work closely with Performance Directors to deliver best-in-class cross-team collaboration


Candidate Experience



  • Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads

  • A solid understanding of ecommerce performance levers and optimisation

  • Confidence managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Analytical, data-led thinking with the ability to translate insights into action

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort leading client conversations

  • Experience mentoring or developing junior team members

  • A proactive, curious mindset - always looking for smarter, faster, more effective solutions

  • Above all, you’re someone who wants to deepen your Paid Search expertise within a high-performance, fast-moving environment.
