As Performance Director, you will lead a portfolio of ecommerce and retail clients, working as a strategic partner to drive growth, retention, and long-term success. Oversee 3–5 key accounts, shaping and executing integrated performance marketing strategies aligned to their business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists, including at least one Paid Media Team Lead, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Partner with our Nest Studio creative teams to introduce and integrate creative solutions that enhance performance.
- Support agency growth through new business contributions, pitches, case studies, and thought leadership.
- Maintain smooth financial management across your portfolio, including forecasting, invoicing and addressing payment challenges when needed.
- Stay ahead of performance, platform, and creative trends, bringing fresh insights to clients and internal teams.
We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader who is passionate about performance, people, and pushing boundaries. A track record of managing and growing a portfolio of clients, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Deep expertise across paid digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest.
