As we continue to scale our search offering, we're looking for a commercially sharp Paid Media Team Lead to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Paid Search performance across up to five high-growth ecommerce accounts
- Shape, oversee, and sign off channel strategy to drive measurable results
- Build and present proposals that unlock incremental growth opportunities
- Lead and quality-control all Paid Search execution and optimisation
- Mentor and develop junior Executives, setting clear standards and best practices
- Ensure Nest's testing methodologies and optimisation frameworks are consistently applied
- Produce accurate spend and performance forecasts with commercial insight
- Work closely with Performance Directors to deliver best-in-class cross-channel strategies
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads
- A solid understanding of ecommerce performance levers and optimisation
- Confidence managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Analytical, data-led thinking with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication skills and comfort leading client conversations
- Experience mentoring or developing junior team members
- A proactive, curious mindset - always looking for smarter, faster, more effective solutions
