Nest Commerce is one of the UK's fastest-growing performance marketing agencies, built for ecommerce and retail brands. We partner with category-leading names such as Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, The Frankie Shop and Reiss, helping them scale through cutting-edge creative strategy and proprietary technology. Our in-house AI platform, Hummingbird, gives us an unmatched competitive edge — automating optimisation, generating creative at scale, and empowering our teams to deliver market-leading results. We're founder-led, independent, and fiercely ambitious, with a culture that blends commercial impact with genuine care for our people.
We're now looking for an ambitious Junior Designer to join Nest Studio, our in-house creative function. This is a graduate-level role that sits at the intersection of motion design, performance creative, and AI-assisted production — and it's unlike any traditional design role out there.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work across motion and static design and video editing, producing high-quality assets at pace as part of our Optimised service. A significant part of your role will involve using Hummingbird, our in-house AI creative tool, to generate, iterate and deliver AI-assisted ad assets, templates and final creative for client campaigns. You will interpret a variety of briefs to deliver engaging, social-first creative across Meta, TikTok and beyond, using performance data and insights to continually refine and improve your work. The role also involves contributing bespoke creative for Nest's marketing team, collaborating closely with our strategy, ops and delivery teams, and communicating clearly across a wide range of internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a creative, curious and adaptable graduate designer who is excited by what's next. You'll have a portfolio that demonstrates strong design ability across static and motion formats, and proficiency across the Adobe Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects. You'll either be competent in motion design already or genuinely motivated to develop the skill quickly. Above all, you'll bring a real enthusiasm for generative AI tools and an understanding of what they mean for the future of creative production — we'll give you the training, but the curiosity has to be yours. A strong understanding of paid social best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are all essential. Good vibes are non-negotiable.
Company BenefitsNest offers one of the strongest benefits packages in the performance marketing industry. We operate hybrid working with three days a week in our Kentish Town office, which is dog-friendly. The team enjoys weekly socials and Thursday learning sessions. After four years you will receive a six-week paid sabbatical, with the option to add a further six unpaid weeks. We offer a £50 monthly wellness allowance, a £10 lunch allowance twice per month, a £100 desk and chair allowance, and a £20 monthly internet allowance. Team members can work abroad for up to ten consecutive days per year. Holiday entitlement includes 25 days plus 8 bank holidays. We provide enhanced parental leave and fertility support, access to Techscheme and Cyclescheme, and one annual volunteering day alongside a £1,000 monthly charity donation. Our culture is driven by transparent, founder-led leadership and built on ownership, innovation, resilience and rapid problem-solving.
Due to a high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually. We will be in touch with those selected for the next stage of the process.
