Overview
CAD Operator
The role will be to produce drawings/designs of bespoke telecommunications cabinets and cabling infrastructure utilising AutoCad 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Production of high-quality CAD drawings Systems Integration.
- Managing the priorities for completion of CAD drawings.
- Maintenance of the register of all General Arrangement drawings.
- Conversion of drawings into different formats as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Educated to a minimum of HNC level in a relevant technical subject.
Experience
- Competent in the use of the latest AutoCAD 2026 release
- Experience of working in a similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage tasks and resources in an environment where some or all may be dependent and inter-related.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be able to deal with multiple interruptions from various sources throughout the day.
- Must be able to work to project deadlines.
