We are looking for passionate Senior Sous Chefs to join our talented teams. Roles are available across our collection of London Restaurants:

- A modern British restaurant and bar rooted in character and charm, Nessa brings together nostalgic dishes and contemporary flair in the heart of Soho. Designed for conversation, it's a space that invites long lunches and spontaneous evenings.
- Yasmin, nestled among Soho's rooftops on the corner of Brewer and Warwick Street, is an intimate Middle Eastern restaurant, bar, and terrace with panoramic city views. It's a suntrap ideal for leisurely lunches, sundown cocktails, late-night dining and revelry. We serve seasonal Middle Eastern sharing plates, boast an extensive wine list, and offer lively cocktails, ensuring an unforgettable experience, day or night.
The Role
As Senior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, maintain exceptional food standards, and support the development of the team. This is a handsâon role suited to someone who thrives in a fastâpaced, qualityâdriven and seasonality paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
- Background in fresh, high-volume restaurants and a passion for bold flavours in either Italian, British or Middle Eastern cuisine
- The ability to support the Head Chefs in maintaining target GP, through accurate food costing, portion control and food waste management
- The knowledge to understand and effectively manage the food safety system in order to maintain a 5* food hygiene rating
- Ability to work effectively in a fastâpaced and highâpressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highâquality food
- Effective communication and able to work collaboratively with others
- A proactive approach to problem solving, the ability to adapt in challenging situations
- A positive attitude who motivates others to succeed through strong and supportive leadership
