We are looking for a passionate Waiter to provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests at 1 Warwick’s Nessa restaurant.

About Nessa: A modern British restaurant and bar rooted in character and charm; Nessa brings together nostalgic dishes and contemporary flair in the heart of Soho. Designed for conversation, it’s a space that invites long lunches and spontaneous evenings.

The Role: As Waiter, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining moments for our guests through exceptional service and in cultivating a warm and inviting ambiance. We expect you to possess outstanding interpersonal skills, exude a positive attitude, and demonstrate an unwavering attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure tables are properly set and presentable.
  • Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including cleaning and arranging tables.
