Please note this role is to start in September 2026 / Fixed term until July 2027 What we are looking for: * Full UK driving licence and access to own car * Ability to work in a small team * Able to use your own initiative and make decisions * Confidence to act as an ambassador for the college, with knowledge and professionalism * To be adaptable to the needs of students * Good organisation and presentation skills and confidence using IT for administrative tasks * Experience of supporting students with special educational needs including SEMH. * GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above or evidence that you can support students to study at this level Duties/responsibilities: * Build trusting professional relationships with school SENCOs * Liaise with parents and carers * Share best practice with curriculum staff * Attend Annual Reviews for School Links students, as required * Arrange bespoke transition visits, as required * Attend open days and transition events for feeder schools and Local Authorities * In class support to students and act as an advocate * Help students develop study skills and grow their independence * Contribute to monitoring of students * Work with the Careers Team to support students moving on from College into Supported Internship, employment or further study.
