Part time (18 hours per week) working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break What we are looking for At least 2 years' experience in a busy office environment At least 2 years' experience in a Customer Care environment Experience of working with young people and/or adults Possess first class customer service skills. Duties/responsibilities: Provide course information to personal and telephone enquirers, help the enquirers to identify the appropriate course for them and encourage them to apply, if appropriate. Support individual applicants throughout the admission process and act as a representative of the College to ensure successful entry to the College. Support the recruitment process via online systems and email. Create and maintain applicant records on MIS and be responsible for the accuracy of student admissions data. Support the CEIAG Team for school liaison and outreach activities. Play an active part in giving information and advice at College open events.
