What we are looking for:
- IT literate with high levels of word processing, database and spreadsheet skills.
- Previous relevant administrative experience within a diverse organisation (ideally within the Education Sector).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
Duties/responsibilities:
- Undertake administrative duties, deal with calls, correspondence and visitors, liaise with all staff College-wide to progress the implementation of Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive digital filing system within the Quality SharePoint.
- To be the first point of contact on dealing with students/external customersâ feedback and maintain the tracking process.
- Coordinate Lesson Visits and maintain the tracking process.
- Organise Audit cycles and partake in audit process of various quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with HR and use the HR Systems for updating staff records in relation to staff development.
