We are looking for someone with: An IT-related qualification and previous experience in an IT-based role. Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and cloud services. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support to students and staff, troubleshooting issues and supporting hardware, software, AV equipment and College systems. Support the effective day-to-day operation of the Learning Resource Centre. Deliver excellent customer service and technical support, working closely with the LRC and wider IT teams to provide a positive experience for students and staff.
