Duties/responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the English curriculum (GCSE with some Functional Skills)
  • Deliver approximately 7.5 hours of teaching weekly
  • Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based pedagogy
  • Monitor, track and lead outstanding learner outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-college teams to enhance quality, inclusion and progression
