What we are looking for: * A strong background in marketing, communications and PR. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities. * The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. * A commitment to the Education sector and the values of the organisation. Duties/responsibilities: * Lead, develop and implement strategic marketing, communications and admissions plans to achieve organisational objectives. * Foster relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. * Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, social media, communications. * Deliver high-quality events and external school liaison services. * Ensure the effective end to end management of the admissions process. * Monitor, measure and report on marketing, communications and admissions performance. * Provide leadership and direction to the team, inspiring them to achieve their best. * Represent the organisation at industry events and forums.
