What we are looking for:
- Proven expertise in FE and GCSE maths curriculum delivery
- Strong leadership and team-development skills

Duties/responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maths curriculum (GCSE with some Functional Skills)
- Deliver approximately 7.5 hours of teaching weekly
- Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based pedagogy
- Monitor, track and lead outstanding learner outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-college teams to enhance quality, inclusion and progression

Nescot is graded âGoodâ by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects. The report recognises that students âenjoy their courses and are motivated to succeedâ, and benefit from âhighly supportive relationshipsâ with staff. Safeguarding arrangements are âeffectiveâ with regular training for staff, and leaders have in place âan effective policy for safer recruitment.â
