What we are looking for
- Previous relevant administrative experience within a diverse organisation (ideally within education) is required
- IT literate with high levels of word processing, database and spreadsheet skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, policy importance and internal governance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
Duties/responsibilities
- Manage and process compliments, suggestions and complaints from a wide range of stakeholders including learners, parents, employers and the public.
- Coordinate the policy review cycle, ensuring that all documents are updated according to their designated interval and reflect the correct ‘policy originator’ and ‘last review date’.
- Support the Data Protection Officer in ensuring all staff comply with GDPR and other data protection laws at all times.
- Conduct regular audits of Share Point to ensure adherence to storage protocols and address non-compliance via appropriate management channels.
- Prepare documentation, scheduling, and take minutes for meetings and committees.
- Act as a contact point for academic staff, students, and other stakeholders regarding policy, compliance and feedback.
