At Nescot, we are seeking enthusiastic and committed part time and full time Learning Support Assistants to join Nescot based in Epsom, Surrey. This role is for a September 2026 start.
What we are looking for:
- Good organisational and team working skills
- Confidence using IT for administrative tasks
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above
- Understanding of and empathy with students who have learning difficulties, are disaffected or have behavioural problems
- Ability to work in a variety of vocational contexts
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help students develop their skills and grow into their independence
- Provide personal care for students who may have physical or medical disabilities
- Support students in class and act as an advocate for their needs
