What we are looking for:
- Qualified in Early Years
- Experience of assessing in the workplace, teaching and preparing learners for EPA.
- Industry knowledge/experience
Duties/responsibilities:
- To assess work, track off-the-job training in line with the agreed training plan
- Support learners to develop and attend English and maths (where required)
- Supporting learners to gain the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours.
- Prepare and support learners thorough their EPA.
- Support learners to build and develop their Portofino of evidence.
- Deliver teaching sessions to support learners’ knowledge and skills once a week.
