What we are looking for:

  • Experience and knowledge of the construction industry - particularly brickwork
  • The ability to demonstrate a good level of organisational skills
  • Ability to risk assess tasks and work environments
  • Able to competently use construction equipment including pan mixer and ideally forklift

Duties/responsibilities:

  • Handling and movement of materials
  • Maintaining tools and ensuring tidy workshop spaces
  • To set out learning resources and equipment in construction workshops - mix up mortar in preparation for lessons
  • Support practical lessons as directed by the lecturing staff
