NES Fircroft are currently recruiting a Site Supervisor on behalf of our client, a Global name in the Science & Agricultural Technology industry, to support current M&E construction works on site in Bracknell, Berkshire. This is an initial 6 month temporary contract running until December 2026. Mon-Fri, 36hrs per week.
Role Purpose
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision and coordination of mechanical and electrical installation works on site. The role ensures that M&E works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating effectively with other trades and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting local Project Managers to supervise mechanical and electrical installation works, including:
- HVAC systems
- Pipework and plumbing
- Electrical containment, cabling, and terminations
- Plant and equipment installation
- Approved drawings and specifications (collecting visual evidence to confirm/support)
- Method statements and RAMS
- Relevant standards and regulations (e.g. BS, CIBSE, IET)
