As the Talent Management SME, you will spearhead talent strategies that foster leadership readiness and diversity, coach People & Culture teams on best practices, and use data-driven insights to facilitate evidence-based talent decisions. Your expertise will be central to executing talent reviews, managing critical role placements, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless talent solutions that elevate performance across the business.
Required Skills- Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships with influence and impact

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in talent management, leadership development, learning, or HR-related roles
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent programmes on a global or large-scale level
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, with possible increases based on business needs
- Ability to start immediately within a 12-month contract term
