Based: Milton Keynes, MK10
Rate: £14.00/£15.00 p/h + holidays
Duration: 6 months initially
Our client is seeking 2 x Administrators (30hr week) to support their business. The client is flexible on start and end times to work around school pickup/drop offs.
Main Accountabilities:
- The role is to duplicate invoicing through SAP and Excel between 2 companies and general admin duties.
- Assisting in the timely and accurate processing of vendor and customer invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
- Input invoice/payment and customer information into SAP system with high level of accuracy.
- Assist in reconciling vendor and customer statements to ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Ensures effective communication with all relevant departments/suppliers.
Skills and experience:

- Previous order entry/invoicing experience is advantageous.
