Join us as a Talent Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) and take the lead in designing and delivering impactful talent initiatives. This pivotal role empowers you to partner with senior leaders to ensure succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline strategies are aligned with business goals, ultimately enhancing organisational capability and internal mobility.

As the Talent Management SME, you will spearhead talent strategies that foster leadership readiness and diversity, coach People & Culture teams on best practices, and use data-driven insights to facilitate evidence-based talent decisions. Your expertise will be central to executing talent reviews, managing critical role placements, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless talent solutions that elevate performance across the business.
