Business Administrator Offshore Wind Operations NES Fircroft are supporting a major offshore wind farm developer in the recruitment of a Business Administrator to join their operational team on a 10-month PAYE contract based in Lowestoft.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a leading offshore wind environment, supporting the day-to-day operations of a large-scale offshore wind farm.
The role offers a varied workload across training compliance, financial administration, travel coordination, resource planning, facilities management and stakeholder engagement.
Hybrid working is available, with working hours between 30 37 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain training compliance for offshore technicians, ensuring certifications remain current and mandatory training is completed within required timescales Arrange training courses with approved training providers and manage associated logistics Monitor occupational medical certification requirements and coordinate renewal appointments Book and manage travel and accommodation for site personnel attending training or business-related activities Raise, manage and track purchase orders for operational activities, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and PO limits are maintained Maintain training records, update training matrices and ensure certification documentation is stored correctly within company systems Provide administrative ...
