We are supporting an engineering and manufacturing business that designs and delivers complex systems and equipment for industrial applications. They support clients across the full lifecycle from concept and design through to delivery and ongoing technical support operating in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and develop a team of engineers and designers
- Allocate workload and ensure delivery meets quality, budget, and programme targets
- Maintain technical integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (including HSE/CDM)
- Support resource planning, recruitment, and team capability development
- Oversee design output, including reviewing and approving calculations, specifications, and drawings
- Contribute to bids, estimates, and technical proposals
- Liaise with clients and support business development activities
- Monitor progress, manage scope changes, and ensure accurate reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and engineering procedures
