Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to support a major EPC contract based in Grangemouth. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity operating under a hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week based at the office/site location and two days working remotely. The HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental legislation, industry standards and client requirements. The role will provide leadership and professional guidance across the project, driving a positive safety culture and supporting continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HSE representative at project level, providing professional HSE support and advice to project teams, clients, contractors and vendors.
- Support Project Management teams in the development, planning and implementation of HSE objectives in line with contractual requirements.
- Ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all phases of project delivery.
