This is an opportunity to take full ownership of your desk, partner with leading clients, and deliver recruitment solutions that support innovation across engineering and technical sectors. Please note: only British citizens will be considered for relocation to Singapore.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing Specialist Talent: Identify, assess and place experienced professionals into senior and hard‑to‑fill permanent roles
- Innovative Search Strategies: Apply advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, direct headhunting and market mapping
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust and active talent pool
- Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with clients through regular contact, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings
- Consultative Recruitment Approach: Understand client technical, regulatory and commercial requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full adherence to NES Fircroft quality standards, industry regulations and client‑specific compliance processes
- Desk & Workload Management: Successfully manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced permanent recruitment environment

What We’re Looking For:
- 360 Recruitment Experience: Proven background recruiting within a 360‑consulting environment, preferably within engineering or technical sectors
- Headhunting Expertise: Strong experience conducting detailed, proactive searches for niche and specialist roles
- Business Development Mindset: Comfortable approaching new and existing clients selling NESF’s recruitment solutions
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and professional when engaging with candidates and clients at all levels
- Highly Organised: Comfortable managing a busy desk with competing priorities and deadlines
- Ambitious & Driven: Eager to exceed targets and progress within a growing business
- Relocation Ready: British citizens motivated to relocate to Singapore
