We re seeking a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Europe Energy team, delivering recruitment solutions across multiple disciplines within Oil.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Specialist Talent Delivery: Identify, engage and place highly skilled energy professionals into senior and hard to fill contract positions locally and internationally.
- Advanced Talent Attraction: Utilise sophisticated sourcing strategies including Boolean search, targeted headhunting and detailed market mapping.
- Building Long Term Talent Networks: Develop and nurture strong candidate relationships to maintain a high quality, engaged talent pool.
- Client Partnership Development: Establish trusted client relationships through regular communication, site visits and face to face meetings.
- Consultative Recruitment Solutions: Gain a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
