NES Fircroft are currently recruiting a Welding Resource Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading provider in the UK engineering hybrid working 3 days in the office.
Purpose of the Role
The Welding Resource Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating and managing welding personnel to support operational requirements across the business. The role requires a strong understanding of welding disciplines, materials and industry sectors to ensure the effective deployment of suitably qualified and experienced personnel. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, hiring managers and external stakeholders to identify resource requirements, assess candidate suitability and maintain a robust pipeline of welding talent to meet current and future business demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and mobilisation of welders and welding supervisors across multiple sites.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools to meet current and future project demand.
- Review qualifications, certifications and experience to ensure candidates meet project and compliance requirements.
- Conduct competency based interviews to assess technical capability.
