NES Fircroft are partnering with our major Engineering & Services client to provide a Process Instrument Design Engineer for a major nuclear project based out of Warrington. Hybrid working, 3 days in the office per week. 2-3 year project! Mon-Fri minimum 37hrs per week. The project is working on a major nuclear SEP project.

Qualifications and Required Experience

  • Academic Qualification: HNC minimum / Degree in relevant E/I Engineering discipline
  • Professional: Incorporated Engineer
  • Minimum 3 years successfully delivering as a Process Instrument Design Engineer on external multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working knowledge of the appropriate Engineering Standards.
  • Undertaking design assurance activities
  • Providing support to Construction
  • Providing support to Commissioning
  • Project management fundamentals
  • Willingness to develop early career engineers

Desirable

  • Security Clearance
  • Minimum 5 years successfully delivering as an Instrument and Safety Design Engineer on external and/or SL multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working understanding of the appropriate SL Engineering Standards.
