We’re supporting a major offshore wind developer who is looking to bring an O&M Handover Coordinator into their team for a large-scale offshore wind project. This position sits within the O&M PMO and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, accurate handover of all construction deliverables into Operations. You’ll be involved in progress monitoring, documentation coordination, and maintaining high standards of quality through the entire handover process.
- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on O&M handover progress across all project packages
- Coordinate the review and receipt of documentation from Construction into O&M
- Verify document accuracy, quality, metadata, and revision control
- Manage documentation interfaces with O&M contractors
- Track walkdowns, punch lists, and NCR close-out progress
- Support the O&M Handover Manager in meetings and close-out discussions
- Produce handover trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools
Experience & Skills Required
- 3–5+ years’ experience in completions, documentation, or handover roles
- Background in offshore wind, O&M, energy, or large infrastructure projects
- Strong experience with document control systems or completions systems
- Understanding of reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) is an advantage
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and coordination skills
Location
Flexible — remote/site/project-based depending on project needs and candidate location.
