NES Fircroft are currently recruiting an experienced Instrument Technician on behalf of a leading Oil & Gas Operator. On offer is an excellent long-term core position and may be part of the Walk-to-Work (W2W) or Flying Squad teams, providing essential coverage and support to the existing offshore workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot offshore instrumentation systems.
- Carry out routine inspections, calibrations, and repairs to ensure equipment integrity.
- Ensure all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide technical support to offshore operations, ensuring optimal performance of instrumentation systems.
Requirements:
- Valid CompEx certification (minimum EX01–EX04).
- In-date offshore certifications, including:
- MIST
- BOSIET (with CA-EBS)
- OGUK Medical (unrestricted)
