The Opportunity

We\'re seeking a passionate Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and grow into a pivotal quality leadership role. What You\'ll Do

Initial Responsibilities:

  • Apply your mechanical engineering skills to optimize our extrusion and Injection Moulding processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across production lines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality concerns

Growth Into Quality Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems
  • Lead the creation of a zero-tolerance quality culture across all operations
  • Design and execute quality control protocols and testing procedures
  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Establish key performance indicators and quality metrics

What We\'re Looking For

Essential:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in extrusion/thermoforming processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Genuine interest in quality management and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Knowledge of statistical process control
