The Opportunity
We\'re seeking a passionate Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and grow into a pivotal quality leadership role. What You\'ll Do
Initial Responsibilities:
- Apply your mechanical engineering skills to optimize our extrusion and Injection Moulding processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across production lines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality concerns
Growth Into Quality Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems
- Lead the creation of a zero-tolerance quality culture across all operations
- Design and execute quality control protocols and testing procedures
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Establish key performance indicators and quality metrics
What We\'re Looking For
Essential:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in extrusion/thermoforming processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Genuine interest in quality management and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Desirable:
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical process control
