Project & Procurement Assistant

The Project & Procurement Assistant will provide administrative and procurement support across a portfolio of offshore wind development projects.

The role is responsible for supporting procurement systems, processes, and supplier engagement activities, while also providing general project administration support to the project team and directors.

Key responsibilities include maintaining procurement records and documentation, supporting purchasing and contract administration activities, coordinating meetings and project communications, managing project documentation, and assisting with the planning and delivery of team and project events.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities Support procurement activities, systems, and processes.

Maintain supplier, contract, and procurement records.

Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and procurement reporting.

Provide administrative support to project teams and directors.

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and diary management as required.

Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.

Organise team events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Support project coordination and document control activities.
