Purpose of Role: To manage delivery of the client’s corporate administered early careers talent schemes including, but not limited to, the Graduate Programme, Internships, Career Ready Programme and Apprenticeships.
Critical Responsibilities:
- Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and the client’s HSES Procedures.
Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with the client’s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures, and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required.
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:
- Support Early Careers Lead and Lead Recruiter with recruitment fairs and assessment centres to promote clients talent scheme opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of the annual graduate event: including induction and onboarding of new graduates, mid-program engagement and development, and end-of-program graduation activities.
- Ensure these events provide meaningful networking opportunities, exposure to senior leadership, and targeted learning experiences for the graduate community.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure clear, targeted and blended development frameworks are in place for scheme participants.
