As a Sourcing Analyst, you will play an essential part in supporting procurement activities that keep business operations running smoothly while contributing to continuous improvements in purchasing processes.
This is a 3 month contract position.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficient administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of purchase order management and supplier engagement.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication abilities and a relationship-driven approach.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Analytical mindset to resolve routine procurement and supplier issues pragmatically.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude toward follow-up and problem-solving.
Nice to Have:
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
- Experience with supplier performance monitoring and quality issue resolution.
- Knowledge of procurement continuous improvement initiatives and HSSE compliance.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field; OR High School Diploma / GED with relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in purchasing, procurement administration, supply chain, or logistics roles.
Additional Requirements:
- Adherence to company policies including health, safety, security, environment (HSSE), and procurement governance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in supplier relations.
