The predicted salary is between 18 - 22 £ per hour.

Drive Procurement Excellence and Supply Chain Success. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will play an essential part in supporting procurement activities that keep business operations running smoothly while contributing to continuous improvements in purchasing processes.

This is a 3 month contract position.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proficient administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of purchase order management and supplier engagement.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication abilities and a relationship-driven approach.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Analytical mindset to resolve routine procurement and supplier issues pragmatically.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude toward follow-up and problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Experience with supplier performance monitoring and quality issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of procurement continuous improvement initiatives and HSSE compliance.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field; OR High School Diploma / GED with relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in purchasing, procurement administration, supply chain, or logistics roles.

Additional Requirements:

  • Adherence to company policies including health, safety, security, environment (HSSE), and procurement governance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in supplier relations.
