An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Instrument Technician. Working as part of a multidisciplinary maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, safety and performance of critical instrumentation and analyser systems within a continuous process environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on instrumentation and analyser systems.
  • Fault find, repair and calibrate process analysers including GC, NIR, TOC, pH and conductivity analysers.
  • Perform hazardous area inspections in accordance with IEC60079.
  • Maintain safety-critical instrumentation and gas detection systems.
  • Support installation, commissioning and continuous improvement projects.
  • Work within Permit to Work systems and supervise contractors where required.
  • Record maintenance activities using SAP or similar CMMS.
