Our client, a service provider to the global Offshore Wind market, is currently looking to hire a Field Services Support Specialist for an initial 1 year contract to be based at Hartlepool, UK.
We require a candidate with prior experience in logistics and planning related to mobilisation/demobilisation of offshore personnel and associated tasks.
Job Summary:
The Field Services Support Operations Specialist provides logistical and technical assistance to field teams, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support administrative and tactical readiness for technicians deploying to offshore wind projects. This role ensures that technicians have the resources they need (i.e. computers, PPE, etc.) to effectively deploy to our project sites.
- Support the Resource Management Leader in building deployment schedules and communicate schedules to technicians and site operations leaders.
- Manage and maintain documentation and systems that support resource deployment.
Qualifications / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is required.
- Experience in offshore wind is preferred.
- Prior experience coordinating resource deployment or relevant scheduling activities.
