NES Fircroft is supporting a specialist offshore oil & gas service provider in the search for an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environmental and quality strategy across North Sea operations. This is a key leadership role, providing HSEQ oversight for a dedicated stimulation vessel and working closely with major operator partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement company-wide HSEQ strategy
  • Act as technical authority for HSEQ risk in well stimulation operations
  • Ensure compliance with offshore regulations and ISO standards
  • Lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a strong safety culture across offshore and onshore teams

Requirements

  • Strong HSEQ leadership experience in offshore oil & gas
