Duration: 6 months initially
We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support business performance through financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in financial planning while supporting a major SAP S/4HANA migration project.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Support the SAP S/4HANA system migration.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Produce KPI reports, dashboards, and business performance insights.
- Partner with operational managers to improve financial and operational performance.
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end processes.
- Develop financial models and business cases for projects and investments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies.
Qualifications:
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or part qualified.
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or FP&A.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills: SAP/S4HANA experience desirable.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and results driven.
