We are supporting a global industrial engineering organisation in the search for an Engineering Co-ordinator to join their Maintenance Services team in Worcester. This role acts as a technical authority, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities across a range of industrial installations. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, support fault diagnosis, coordinate maintenance work orders, and act as an escalation point for complex engineering issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage planned and reactive maintenance work orders
  • Provide technical support and remote fault diagnosis for field engineers
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Review work scopes and ensure correct parts, labour, and resources are allocated
  • Ensure activities are supported by appropriate RAMS and safety procedures
  • Liaise with customers, engineers, contractors and suppliers
  • Support spare parts management and technical specifications
  • Assist with technical training and development across the engineering team

Requirements

  • Technical qualification or relevant engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of industrial or process plant equipment
  • Experience supporting maintenance operations in manufacturing, energy, or process industries
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience using SAP
