NES Fircroft are working on behalf of an industry leading power cabling client, sourcing a site Quality Advisor. The Site Quality Advisor will be responsible for site works on the project in regard to Quality, ISO and intercompany standards, supporting a high-profile project at the forefront of the green energy transition.
Contract position: Hybrid working - locations Dunbar and Seaham.
The chosen candidate will plan, organize, lead and monitor all Quality work during site execution to ensure we satisfy customer expectations. This includes works undertaken internally in addition to the work performed by our subcontractors and/or partners as required for the project. Please note this has been assessed as Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella Only).
Accountabilities:- Site Quality Planning
- Review contractual and local requirements applicable to site quality
- Review lessons learnt from previous projects and relevant project plans (e.g. SQP, SMP)
- Review Contractor Quality Plans to ensure alignment with the Project Quality Plans and the customer requirements
- Based on reviews and discussion with stakeholders, identify and follow up risks and mitigations to ensure we fulfil site quality expectations
- Set up and educate site personnel in the quality management system including the completion system at site and ensure it is compliant with any regulatory and PG requirements as well as any applicable codes & standards.
